  I've been to Stilo a few times in the past two years since I've lived here and it's been amazing. However, this last visit left me feeling less satisfied than normal. Jonathan usually does my hair and I thought that's who was doing it this time, so I must have misunderstood over the phone, but that's no big deal. It's Stilo and I imagined whoever I got would be great. The stylist was super nice and didn't butcher my hair, but there were a few things that just didn't go right. First, my hair had to be colored so I needed to sit for about 30 min, which is no big deal, except that during that entire time, I could hear all of the ladies in the salon talking and gossiping downstairs and not once did someone come and check on me and ask me if I needed a beverage or anything. Ok, not too big of a deal but I thought the loud talking was a little unprofessional. The biggest disappointment was how much I paid for my hair cut. I showed a picture of what I wanted and ended up getting something inbetween. I had already been there 2 hours and didn't want to sit another 20-30 min for it to be cut shorter. Again, not horrible, but I don't think it was worth what I paid. Normally Stilo is great but I was not impressed this time around :(

  Fab Hair Cut Went to the Stiilo salon for the second time today. Consultation with Gabriella was brilliant, she talked me through every stage of the cut and then did exactly what she said she would. She understood exactly what I was aiming for and what my hair needed and advised me throughout. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I was offered a drink almost as soon as I arrived and throughout. Best of all I left with the best haircut I've had in years and feeling tons better, thank you Gabriella 👍👍👍👍👍👍 Thanks Tom
