  WOW!!!! excellent service received from Leigh and Darren when purchasing my Mac Pro... They instinctively knew the depth of my technical ability, limited and never once did they make me feel inadequate. they took the time and at my pace, to explain the pros and cons of each Mac, helping me to make an informed decision... and I have made the right decision. They are definitely customer champions and I would seriously recommend you shop in this store for any products. Thank you both...truly appreciated

  Wouldn’t take in an iPad for trading as “it was bent” when it wasn’t as it was taken care of excellently. Should’ve gone to the store in Edinburgh as at least they would take it in with some form of monetary value. Told at the end that they are not Apple and therefore they cannot help me. Waste of my time, extremely unhelpful staff, and will not be coming here again.

  My wife and I went into to buy an iPad to replace the one I had lost. We were attended to by the Floor Manager. He was extremely helpful in setting up the iPad we bought. He set it up so all the info, apps etc that were on my lost iPad were transferred to the new one via the cloud. Excellent service. Will go back for anything else we need.

  Booked an appointment and drove from fife to visit their store for support as mic and earpiece were not working was turned away due to a small crack on screen saying it was now out of warranty due to this, walked into apple store in edinburgh and was told that was rubbish, they replaced the phone on the spot, complete waste of an hours drive both ways.

  If there was a choice of [- 0] stars I would be there! If you need to buy or service any Apple product do not go there, go to Aberdeen or Edinburgh! The crew is absolutely incompetent! They have no clue of what they are selling. Last time I was sent there by the Apple care, the service was painful, in the end the worker told me they are not Apple, they are Stormfront so that's the reason they could not do much for me! For the third time I need Apple support for my computers (3) and I had to go to other stores!!
