I have tried several methods of exercise joining several gyms only to lose interest. This gym offers you that extra special support that keeps you motivated to gain that fitness you need . It's supported me to lose weight and then manage my weight . I feel healthier and now look forward to joining in the FIT classes and my Personal training that's set to fit me. Even with my back issues the programmes are set to meet individual needs. I have acieved personal best goals that I would never have believed possible at 50. I walked through the door and have never looked back.... 😆 Give it a try you won't regret it.
