  The place is clean, and the gentleman with short gray hair was polite (he did not cut my hair). But my hair cutting experience was pretty unpleasant. I found my barber quite terse and more interested in talking with his fellow employees than in making sure I was comfortable. When he showed me the back of my haircut he had given me a mullet. I asked him to take it shorter and he insisted that it would look weird, but eventually acceded and cut it a bit shorter, but I left still having a mullet. I had to get a friend to trim it shorter. I understand that as a barber he has his expertise in cutting and shaping hair, but it's also my hair and I deserve to have the haircut I want if I'm going to spending £17. Would not recommend.

  Served by Simon, friendly, very professional and excellent cut. Gave me some tips for looking after my hair and was all for a good price. New to bristol, think ive found my regular barbers!

  Great service & a very professional manner & experience overall. There is always a warm welcome when I visit them & Harry, my regular barber, is always very efficient & good at giving me the haircut that I'm after. Their prices & VIP card payment system are very impressive too. All in all, I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

  Friendly staff, reasonable prices and always a great cut (especially Harry who usually cuts my hair). Highly recommended!
