  Friend asked for a wash, cut and blow dry.. She got her hair washed and blow dried but not cut?? And was charged £22! She mentioned twice, once while her hair was wet and once when it was dried, "and a cut please love.." And the blonde member of staff said she didn't hear her ask for a cut at all and if she wanted it cut she would have to pay another £22 for it to be washed and blow dried again.. Then was told she was not allowed a refund.. £22 for a hair wash? Ridiculous.

  Run by an exceptionally good manager. Fairly priced and great haircuts. Will keep going back

  Disaster.. If you like you hair DO NOT GO THERE! I had a picture of a simple hairstyle (some previous hairdressers nailed it on my hair with no trouble at all) so she knew what I was expected and yet, it was a disaster. Not only it doesn't look AT ALL like the picture, but it's asymmetrical and WAY shorter than I asked for. I had to re-cut my hair randomly by my own for making it "wearable" once at home. (and it's still better than what she did)

  Been going here for years and always had a good hair cut, friendly, helpful staff who will answer questions and give good advice.

  Good that didn't have to wait for appointment. Misleading prices a shock at end if you don't ask before they start. I took in 3 pictures today showing what I wanted came away looking and feeling awful not what I wanted you can't put hair back once they have cut it. Won't be returning.
