  almost had to pay £30 for the most awful haircut ive recieved. both sides are of differemt lengths and the hairdresser didnt take into consideration my hair texture so im left with a big voluminous mess on the top of my head which is a far cry from what i asked for, luckily i was planning to shave my head soon anyway.

  Staff were not very friendly. Cut was ok. Hygiene was awful.....literally all their draws were full of hair, the floors dirty. The walls dirty. Their equipment was dirty. Never seen such a manky hairdressers. Also the price was really expensive! I aways thought supercuts were meant to be a cheap cut but at nearly £40 for a mediocre haircut in such unhygienic conditions it's extortionate prices. Never again!!!!

  A couple of times we've got there an hour-half an hour before the advertised closing time (only for trims etc) and they have already shut. The one time I did go the cut was okay but rushed and the hairdresser didn't make much effort with customer service and chatting to you whilst having it done.

  aka Super Impatient Cuts Walk in service - seen straight away. Haircut was fine and what I asked for. Initial brushing felt a bit rushed and rough. Slight attitude from the hairdresser. Could maybe work on developing a more professional manner of responding to customer direction and actions. Felt like more of an inconvenience than a customer.

  Use a supercuts nearer to home and thought I'd pop in while I was in York. The cut was OK, some bits are longer than others and I'm not as happy as I usually am with the supercuts in Bluewater but was generally OK. Staff were nice and friendly but the place looks outdated and could do with a refurb.
