  Well stocked, caring and friendly staff (one member of staff handed me a basket when he noticed my hands were getting full). Lovely Superdrug.

  I stopped using superdrug after several weeks when there were not enough staff and there was never a manager when staff had to get authorisation. Limited range of products. Prescription drugs had to be ordered and then took many days to arrive. I started to suspect that suppliers would not provide stock without payment with order. Too frustrating. Staff were very frustrated too.

  This store left me feeling ashamed and humiliated, WHEN I DID NOTHING WRONG!! I went in one lunchtime to purchase a new foundation and, because I was unfamiliar with shades, I was testing them on the side of my face with my own pocket mirror by the window so I could see in natural light. This window was literally right next to the counter I was at. After much deliberation, I felt I had settled on a shade, so I popped out side with my mirror to double check in the day light. Only, a female store assistant shouted at me to come back inside, which I did (while smiling!) and then asked me to open my bag. I did as she asked and then she asked me to empty the contents! Which, again, I did! I was just so confused! To make matters worse, she made me do this right in the shop's busy entrance, so I was being stared at by everyone. I would just like to point out that of course I had absolutely not stolen any thing. When she had looked through my bag she said, "You may leave now" (!!!!). I was absolutely humiliated and went straight down to Boots and bought the product. Needless to say, I will never be setting foot in this store again.

  Worst place ever to make a purchase and worst costumer service in the pharmacy ever. I went for a liquid to heal the wounds an antiseptic, and the lady there (the pharmacist) first 'helped' me from the second desk and almost didn't do any eye contact and second she gave me a liquid to was my hands (was lunch time, I guess she was rushing to go for lunch). Sounds as a joke but when I went to exchanged it the manager in that moment said that because is a product from the pharmacy can't be exchanged, I am talking about a gel for washing the hands that I haven't touch at all. So useless pharmacist (Ms Pooja) that seems doesn't know what she is selling or doesn't care at all and really bad customer service from the management. I'm still waiting for their answer to my complaint made 3 days ago. I won't go there never in my life!!!
