  Really bad online customer service. I requested cancellation of an item that I bought over email only to find that 4 hours later the item had been dispatched. When I called the hotline a woman said "Yeah, we're really behind on our emails"...

  Would like to say a big thank you to the staff who help me today to find a jacket I was looking for unfortunately they didn't have my size in the store or online but their patience was priceless and great to see will definitely go back to this store.

  Great clothing HOWEVER............it seems that the company is still living in the dark ages as they wont let you return an item for a refund unless faulty. NO REALLY!! they'll only give you a credit. Just make sure you 100% want it and it 100% fits before you buy it. Well done Superdry, you've taken retail and customer service back to the 70's!!!
