  Good location. Quite a few stairs here and there. Good bar. Lovely staff. Nice rooms. Deep bath that fills quickly. Hot water any time.

  This hotel has loads of potential, shame the owners don't think the same. Listed building in the middle of newcastle, dirty rooms with stains on everything including bath walls windows, every wall had sticky streaks dripping from roof to floor. Ripped carpets, chips out of the bathtub, large rooms with large windows, shame it's over looking a multistorey carpark that people can see straight into, rooms were dark and unwelcoming , decided to go somewhere else. But was a cheap room. If looking for a budget hotel in Newcastle I would recommend sleeperz only a little more money, but worth it.

  A pleasant stay. The rooms were very quite despite the amazing location of being in Newcastle city centre. There could be more signage inside, for example, to find the breakfast room.

  Great prices at an excelent location close to most Newcastle's important places. Would recommend on a short or long stay.

  Location is perfect for match or weekend parties. Central but quiet enough flights you need a lie in. Rooms basic and functional but acceptable in terms of quality and cleanliness. Staff helpful
