  I work in the property industry myself and Sutton Kersh have always been viewed as 'top dog', number 1 in the sector but after dealing with them personally, i now understand it is very much the opposite. Only department that are actually helpful are Auctions. Lettings never answer the phone and apparently no one can help. Useless. Only bothered when they're getting money, after that they haven't got any time for you. Even management are useless, reported something 3 months ago and still waiting on a response. Only person in management that is helpful is Evelyn Ross.

  It was nice to have direct contact with the staff handling the purchase of the property I was interested in. Not having bought a property they were able to advise me on things and kept me up to date on each stage we were up to. Thank you Leah and Cheryl

  My sales experience from Suttonkersh was excellent. The staff in all sections delivered a prompt, informative service with continuity being key. The communication throughout from all the staff at SuttonKersh was exceptional. Everyone involved was aware of the house sale progression and communication was first class every step of the sale journey. As I was a distance away this made it a pleasant experience as I was able to trust completely the competence of the staff dealing with the sale. The excellent service was delivered by a courteous, friendly and knowledgeable team. SuttonKersh is an outstanding Estate Agents . Ann Porter.
