  Worst agents ever encountered. Requested for viewing through website, twice, no response. Called them, they didn't answer, twice. Left voicemail regarding appoinment, they didn't come back. So, went to their office and requested for property viewing, they told they shall contact the existing tenants and arrange a date and time for viewing and would contact me regarding the appointment. Never heard from them.

  one of the horrible letting company they don't keep privacy of tenants and shears all the details with landlord or may be with others u never know but they did shear my details with the landlord.

  Fantastic customer service. Looking for a property to rent in the City Centre, spoken to Mary in Lettings and she has registered my details, and talked me through all the requirements needed to get a property (different requirements needed as I am self employed). Still waiting for other agents to get back to me. Proactive and helpful in Sutton Kersh City Centre. Very impressed.

  Having been in touch with the staff at the City Centre Office, i can honestly say that the staff at this office are very capable, pleasant and courtious and take the time for their clients. Having dealt with the staff there i would highly recommend your company again.
