  Disappointing... Generally an okay experience. Nice salon, decent service. Overall hair result was not great but not worth the trouble of going back to have it fixed. Despite asking for a senior stylist, my colour was done by 2 obvious trainees with the senior stylist only giving instructions at the start of the appointment. Price was average. They advertise a complimentary massage at the start of every appointment and while the girl next to me received hers, I did not. I was hardly spoken to instead directions and discussion about my hair would happen around me without me being spoken to. Not a great experience, disappointed.
