  Usually helpful staff make up for a pretty chilly, grim station, though the recent arrival of a piano in the main forecourt area is a nice touch! Standard Costa available before going through barriers, waiting room and toilet facilities platform side pretty grim. Trains fairly frequent, GWR and Arriva. Nearest car park is MSCP just a couple of minutes walk from station but be aware lift is permanently out of order and pay machine erratic at best.

  There is a Costa at the station along with a WH Smith. The toilets are fairly clean considering it a busy station. I had a bad experience on the weekend. Our train was delayed and we sat waiting on the train for an hour to leave. Whilst sat on the train we were given no update from staff!!😡

  Basic train station with a Costa and WHSmiths before entering the platforms. Staff are friendly and helpful in and around the small ticket hall.

  Best place in Swansea to catch a train. Fairly basic experience. Station always 5 degrees colder than outside. Small shop and Costa open, but not early or late when you need them. 15 minute walk to town centre, and immediate district around station is very run down. Staff and information is fine.

  récupéré à cette station par le père de mon ami mac candless avec lequel j'ai passé une agréable journée.
