::I visited the Grand Arcade Swarovski shop today to buy my mother in law a figurine for Christmas and the shop assistant was very unhelpful. Now online it said the figurine was in stock so when I asked to buy it she said I don't think we have it here. I then said can I order one and will it get here before Christmas, 'Oh I don't know' was the reply. What is the point of offering a figurine that clearly says they sell it but don't honour the deal. Swarovski should take it off their display in the first instance, useless!!
