  Just amazing how lucky we are here to have free medical care given by amazing people. Thank you to the staff for my care over the years and shame on the people that complain about the most ridiculous things. You try working in a place like that getting grief from people that have a choice. If you're not happy then pay and go private!

  After waiting 4 hours in pain at another A&E I was told that they would not be able to help me and then I was referred to the this one, and although the aforementioned A&E failed to call ahead and pass along my details I was seen to very quickly and within an hour I was booked in for an operation the following morning. Everyone I came into contact with during my time there were well mannered, empathic and professional. This made me feel much more at ease as it was my first time being admitted to hospital and I was extremely nervous. Every step of what was happening was explained to me, I was always asked if I understood and had any questions. Very clean facilities and excellent bedside manners from the staff. The service I received here was nothing short of excellent.

  Impressed by the staff - everyone smiling, professional, happy to help and assist me in various occasions. Fast, no queues, very well organised. Great experience! Wr had our baby girl there in the midwife led birth centre and the midwifes helped us to have a great memory of our firstborn. We are both very thankful to the whole team that was there for us at that time, but especially to midwife Jo, who had amazing patience. It was a whole year ago, but I hope she'll see this and remember the greatest screamer of all times from 29/11/2017. 11:58 am well done ✅✅✅✅

  Urgent care facilities are clean, modern, and well maintained. There is also a children’s waiting room so the adults one is also reasonably quiet. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Doctors and nurses are knowledgeable and can explain your diagnoses in plain English. I was seen within 45 minutes although I imagine that it can take considerably longer at peak times. Good bus links with several pharmacies nearby.

  Been here for the birth of our second child. The birthing center has been absolutely fantastic. Very competent and friendly staff, they made us feel at home and helped us with great sweetness and professionalism. The only slight issue was a noisy fan in the room, but this was absolutely nothing compared to the great service we received. Highly recommended. We did not experience the labour ward, but all examinations and prenatal courses we had at the hospital were great. Again, professional, punctual and friendly staff. Great!
