::(Think lots of people here are leaving reviews for the Tas Restaurant next door, this is the café!) Really tasty food, friendly staff, I only ever pop in to grab lunch to take back to my desk but will try to sit and eat in soon. I usually get one of the little "pizzas" off the top of the counter, and the spinach and cheese pastry thing that comes cut into squares (can't remember the proper name!). Not healthy, but fantastic comfort food. There are much healthier options there, but I just go to get my fatty fix. Yum.

::Good Turkish style food in pleasant surroundings, handy for borough market and London Bridge.

::Pricey Christmas menu but excellent food. House wine reasonable. Great for vegetarians and vegans. Go when it's not Christmas time and save yourself lots of money.

::I was given fizzy aubergine, which I found unpleasant when I asked if it was fermented (thought it might have been, seems to be popular now) I was told it wasn't fizzy- it was the garlic. It was not the garlic.

::Good food and nice casual restaurant. Excellent vegetarian options and not expensive. Service is ok - they are rushed off their feet and the waiters are not warm - they are probably being paid minimum wage and it shows because they are giving minimum warmth and charm. There is a live guitarist in the restaurant, so quite noisy unless you ask to sit away from the guitarist, who is doing his best to be as loud and obtrusive as possible in order to stop you from talking with your friends. Don't go if you want to talk with your friends.
