  Got transferred to taycourt as my surgery closed. Trying to order a prescription was a nightmare, tried explaining it was quite urgent and was told how my medication works by the receptionist. I needed the medication, not Ill thought out advice being a nurse myself. Will be looking for a new surgery ASAP.

  Doctors seems fine but wow! the reception is the worse I ever seen! never answer the phone. try to call them and every time the line seem to be like they just put handset away that nobody will able to call them. and if you dare to tell them about it they just play rude like the phone is fine and i have a problem.

  Always helpful secretarys. Will usually try and fit you in or advise on your own situation! Docs are great to.

  Born with/at Tay Court surgery and I have always never had a problem,always try to help in someway, I would just like to say that Dr.Gardiner is A ONE OFF THE MOST TRUSTWORTHY, HELPFUL& EVERYTHING ELSE INBETWEEN👍 ! SIMPLY BRILLIANT! THANKS TO ALL DOCTORS,NURSE'S AND ALL RECEPTIONIST AND other PERSONAL who work there!!! SIMPLY BRILLIANT

  Called in to ask about my CT Scan result since I havent heard in more than 4 weeks and I was told to wait 5-10 days. I found out that I was no longer their patient and that I had to go ad figure out why from the health department. They seem to have been convinced that I was seen at another surgery which is not true at all. Makes you wonder what else they are misplacing.. not happy at all.
