  A few months ago I wanted to move house so I decided to bite the bullet and get my house valued. I had never sold a house before as I was a first time buyer when I brought, understandably I was quite daunted by it all. I had two agents out to see me but right from the start Taylors were the best. When I walked into the office I was greeted by the manager Mr. Scott Burton who explained he would come out to see me tomorrow after he had done some research into my house. When Scott came over he went though everything and made the whole process seem easy. The valuation was just what I was looking for and I was over the moon. As I was having two agents out I said that I would let him know, by this time I already knew that I was going to instruct him. The other agent came out and to be honest just went for the hard sell, I was not impressed. Soon after I invited Scott to come back and market my house. This was a quick process and he even did a floor plan. Shortly after Scott left I had a call from the office with a viewing I was amazed and a week later the house was sold! The offer received was only just under asking price as well. Scott recommended his solicitors which I used and the whole thing was done in around 10 weeks from me walking into his office. I would have no hesitation to use Taylors again, and just want to say thanks to Scott and his team.
