  I let my property a few years back and since then I have been fairly happy with the service provided. My only issue which is why I have dropped 1 star, is that it does seem to take a couple of phone calls or visits before any requests are actioned and in my opinion it would be better to deal directly with the branch, rather than a centralised unit that at times appears to be slow with dealing with anything. I am still happy to continue using the service from the bradley stoke branch as in the whole, I have no real reason to switch to someone else.

  After being a landlord through Taylors Bradley Stoke for 1 year, I have so far been very impressed by their level of professionalism and customer service. Would thoroughly recommend to any landlord in the area.

  One of the best agents; very professional, supportive and friendly! I can recommend Taylors to anyone when it comes to purchasing a property. From the start to completion, we always felt warm welcomes from Taylors. The team really took time to show us many properties and they knew their properties well (even the owners!) We actually sensed that Taylors worked hard to get us the best deal and cared about our needs. We received many good and sensible advice during the negotiation. Communications were brilliant; both to us and within their team. Everything was transparent and we were actively kept in the loop. We also like their “One stop shop” concept. All are in one place; Buying / Selling / Letting / Mortgages / Solicitor / Life Insurance. This certainly simplifies the process and makes our life much easier. We cannot thank Taylors enough for finding us a perfect home. Finally our special thanks go to Adam Fray (Bradley Stoke), Adiel Arshad (Patchway), Barry Williams (Patchway) and Kimberly Corps (former staff). Thank you!

  We have recently sold our house through Taylors of Bradley Stoke. It was a very stressful time for my husband and I with difficulties along the way. The team at the Bradley Stoke office, Adam, Adiel and Heidi kept us well informed the whole time with regular updates. They were always polite, empathetic and professional. An estate agency is only as good as the people it employs and this branch has the best. Highly recommend.

  Our faith restored thanks to the team at Taylors, Bradley Stoke. Most people are sceptical of estate agents and we were no exception when we appointed Taylors, Bradley Stoke to sell our home. The selling experience was far from smooth with unheard of difficulties, not previously witnessed by Taylors which delayed a conclusion to our sale for over 9 months. During this time the professionalism, tenacity, integrity and empathy from Taylors was outstanding. We can't thank the Bradley Stoke team enough and highly recommend their services.
