::A beautiful historic church. It's a restoration (the original was destroyed in the Blitz) with gorgeous stained glass windows.

::This has been on our 'must visit' list for a few years and we never made the time until now. £5 entry fee per person was just the right price to make this feel worth it, without feeling that you were subsidizing something too much. Simply put, if you have any interest in Knights Templar, this is a fantastic place to visit. It looks like it was built yesterday, it is so well cared for - but has all the evidence of the nearly 900 years of history it claims. Tucked away just a minutes walk from Fleet Street, this a great place to visit to get a sense of some of the history of this country and another tick on the bucket list!

::Went to a classical choral concert. Great acoustics and atmosphere for the music. Didn't have time to browse the exhibition but will return.

::Temple Church is very special for so many reasons. If you visit London or live/work in London it is a must visit. A round church with an Oxbridge college style chancel attached, beautifully maintained and lit. A fabulous choir and singers, who sing Sunday mornings and my regular weekly visit at 5.30pm on Wednesdays for Evensong. The organ is recently refurbished and is possibly the best sounding organ in the UK. You may have heard it on the Interstellar movie soundtrack. Check the website for services, organ recitals, concerts and exhibitions.
