  Breakfast was nice just took to long, and only 8 people in restaurant, rooms not up to much, went down to the bar on a sat night and told we had to pay 15qwid to get in, never known anything like it, rediculous so that spoilt the stay, not much English spoken in general through out the stay there which makes things difficult, bathroom not very inviting, radiator in room didn't work, no sugar or not enuf milk in room, for the price u pay this place still isn't worth it.

  Looks rough and needs some serious maintenance and refurbishment but does the job if you need a place to stay. Car parking is definitely "at owners risk" with open, easy access to passers by, very shabby reception and well worn rooms. However it is close to Osterly tube which is very handy for quick access to London as well as for airport passengers doing a lay-by. So it's a bit of a gem in the rough as prices reflect the deteriorated condition of the place so is actually excellent value for money. And the rooms are safe, secure and clean.

  Firstly, no AMEX facility, took a while to order as the staff English wasn't good. My food took 55 minutes to arrive and I had to ask where it was, only to be asked, what did I order, from the person I ordered it from. The TV was on but the music was deafening. When it did come it tasted nice but never again as I was on my own. Very disappointed. I would rate less than 1 star

  Alot of money has been spent on the bar, a coffee machine would be good to have a cuppa after dinner. The rooms are very very tired. Matresses have had their day. Food in the bar was lovely and authentic, we had curry and it was very nice. Breakfast was well cooked and presented but no tables set up also, no access if you can't do steps as all the doors were locked and a narrow flight of a few steps were the only access, being on crutches made it very difficult to get in for breakfast. If staying as a hotel a little money spent on the rooms would go a very long way. All in all did what we wanted.

  Good size room but the previous guest must have decided to keep the hairdryer and iron as they were not in the room. Tea and coffee provided but no spoon to stir it with! - although biscuits made up for that. Reception also found me an iron upon request. Overall it was okay, very comfy bed caused new to oversleep! A little more attention to detail could earn a much higher rating score.
