  Our Government says we must pay 5p for a plastic biogradable bag. Yet Tescos don't do these bags. They do a stronger non biogradable bag that's 10p. They moan about loosing money yet half the products on the shelves are Out of Date. The Staff are pleasant & polite but not on top of things.

  Ignorant discourteous customers! On 8 out 10 occasions I have found that discourtesy and blatant ignorance is embedded in the DNA of customers using the Tesco Express at this Esso garage. Try using the bay, that is supposed to be left unoccupied, for pumping up your tyres with some air. Guaranteed.....I kid you not, someone is parked in that bay not for air but for shopping at the Express. Sometimes I've waited 10 minutes if not longer to use the air pump while some idiot is shopping when other bays for parking were available....but oh no....they have to park in the air pump bay! And, the audacity of some people when you tell them politely the bay is for air pump users only, the nerve, they retort with an arrogant don't care attitude. What is wrong with humans today? I have brought this matter to the attention of the staff but again deafness must be a viral contagion here. All it takes to resolve this matter is an obvious bold signage to inform patrons the air pump bay is for air pump usage only and not for doing your weekly shopping. So friggin annoying!!!!

  Best customer service I've experienced at a garage. Two elderly ladies were very pleasant and would brighten up most people's morning commute.
