  This particular Tesco has very low standards of customer satisfaction by any means. - Always understaffed - Always long queues, even though there are 4 cash till machines, and 2 automated machines - Automated cash tills often break down, at least 1 is never working in average - Products are mostly unorganised - Staff leave opened boxes everywhere on the floor - The floor is dirtier than chicken chips restaurants - Runs out of certain products way too often, and then takes weeks to refill them.

  Convenient location but staff never seem to be around to clear delivery boxes from the shop floor.

  There are boxes all over the floor, no one is ever on the tills and it feels like you're inconveniencing the staff. It definitely feels like the staff are trying to run the shop on permanent skeleton staff

  I used this store for Click and Collect numerous times in the past. They NEVER find your parcel on the first visit. I had come 5 times for one parcel previously. I called customer services who called the store up and said they'd just scanned it on to their stock. Theyre so lazy with it its unbelievable. They mever put effort in to the online services. Are you short staffed? If so, hire someone!
