  We've lived in Knightwood Park for more than a decade and this store gets worse every year. Cramped, dingy, expensive, hit and miss product availability, cluttered aisles... they know they don't need to bother because, once you're there, you probably don't have the enthusiasm to go anywhere else. I also wonder about the standard of chilled stock management here; in the cooked meat section of the fridges it's fairly common to see a bloated package with discoloured contents. I don't know how any self-respecting member of staff could walk past that. The saving (from one star) grace is that there are a few really lovely people who've worked on the tills for most of the time we've lived here. They and Tesco's customers deserve better.

  Lack of stock(not even basic items) for days...bought meat few times that was very smelly and date was still alright.
