::today dated 08/04/2018. hours 13.35 pm. I regularly buy the petrol from lea valley petrol station . I was going to make my payment with my gift card .I believe employee name abdul who refuse to accept my gift card . I then explain i have got money in my gift card which is £175 why i cannot pay with my gift card. last week i paid with my gift card . he reply is no longer we accept the gift card for fuel . the way he was taking to the customers is demanding me to pay the fuel with my alternative card or cash . but i do not have any other card on me. then i said what is the other option.He said leave your car there and speak to the customers.it's also heavy raining outside my family is in the car . I had to walk in the rain to the customers desk to make the payment. I waited 20 minutes for duty manager called LAKSHA .HE WAS VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONALLY HANDLE THE SITUATION. VERY POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE . HE SAID HE IS A DUTY MANAGER BUT, I SAY HE IS NOT A MANAGER. FIRSTLY HE DID NOT APOLOGIZE TO ME WHEN PROBLEM CREATED BY TESCO STAFF .THIS MANAGER SHOULD UNDERSTAND HE THERE BECAUSE WE CUSTOMERS ARE HERE . HE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ACCORDINGLY. THIS STAFF NEED MORE TRAINING HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS MORE APPROPRIATE WAY . CURRENTLY DISAPPOINTED. REPORTED TO CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT. WAITING FOR RESULT. 24/04/2018 REPORTED AGAIN TO CUSTOMERS SERVICE DESK, PROBLEM HAD NOT BEEN RESOLVED . LISTEN, AM NOT GOING TO GIVE UP UNTIL YOU FIXED THIS ISSUE..OK..

::A big Tesco. You can do most of your shopping here and the stock levels are good. One issue I have is that all their large size trollies are heavy on one side, usually one of the front corners. At first I thought it was a one off with the trolly but it happens everytime. It makes navigating a trolly very difficult as you always trying to pull the damn thing back.

::I ship here regularly 3 times a week. Today I buy Hot X Buns £1.50 each pack of 4 or 2 packs for £2. I check receipt and charged me full price no discount. I wait at customer service and the lady goes and checks she says the chai tea and ginger buns are not in the promotion. Really there are signs under all the buns and they are not all in the correct places. Signs are small and I think an old person will not see. I not that old and didn't see, all the other buns were in the promotion this is not the first time I have overcharging here. Another issue Sunday we went to the Cafe in store at 1pm a long line of people waiting, tables empty but with plates on them. Lady behind counter taking orders and making the coffees and teas! We waiting 10 minutes the line did not move and no food came out.. We left and went to Morrissons foe Sunday lunch that was very nice spending £20 for 2 in there. I am going to an alternative supermarket.
