  Cafe is appalling value for money and quality. Unless it's just a cup of tea you want then I wouldn't bother. Surely noone can mess up a cup of tea. As for the pharmacy, there is always a problem with our prescription. As we wait in queues we see there are problems with everyone else's. Queues are horrendous and wait times are even worse. You need to set aside alot of time when using pharmacy. It's not convenient. Clearly Tesco are happy with poor quality and rubbish customer service.

  Generally a really good store, one of the largest in the area, but it's let down by a few little things. Firstly, the location can be an absolute nightmare to get in and out of when there any kind of busy period as the road outside is one of the worst bottlenecks in Plymouth. Secondly, although the mezene floor has a nice variety of high street outlets, but you can't pay for their merchandise anywhere accept their own till, not even the other Tesco till upstairs which feels like a really unnecessary inconvenience, especially seeing as it's not mentioned anywhere until you try paying in the wrong place. Thirdly, the toilets here at normally pretty bad, upstairs in particular. Today we tried using the upstairs toilets only to find a broken hand dryer (with no out of order sign), dirty toilets, a tap that was very stiff and had a flow speed that was way too high and consequently a wet floor. When we stopped to let customer services know (note, we weren't complaining, merely offering feedback) we were met with a very dismissive and frankly quite rude woman who kept finishing my wife's sentences in an effort to get rid of us and simply kept repeating that "we know, we can't do anything because we're waiting for an outside contractor". Fair enough, but it doesn't require the attitude to relay this information.

  Big range of products. Large packs available. Plenty of checkouts. Café and toilet facilities up the escalator ramps. Along with clothes, home ware, white goods, smartphones. Downstairs toys, stationary, cards, sandwiches, snacks, pharmacy, delicatessen counter. Wine, beer, spirits, fresh and groceries. Almost anything can found here in one of many many isles.

  Great shop has everything you could possibly want or need.

  This 24 hour super store has a large selection including Asian and polish imported food. Really convenient to pop in late before/after work at any time.
