  Very very thankful to Tony the trolly guy I was rushing to Tescos in the snow with my pram and didn't realise my money fell out of my pocket but Tony walked around the shop until he found me which was very kind as some people wouldn't be so honest Very lovely man

  Not enough disabled parking spaces for such a big store. Also cars observed not displaying blue badges. When parking in tight normal spaces cannot open door wide enough for disabled to get into car. Bursledon Towers.

  Great store. Helpful staff as you would expect from all Tesco s . Fishmonger are professional as well as the butcher. Great olive and salad bar. Good international food. Mobile shop staff are helpful. Best quality and value. Vegetable and fruit last longer than any bought from other supermarket.

  While trying to park noticed the only free parent and child space is mostly taken up by a home delivery van. Got the guy to move the crates and squeezed the car in the space. Got told that the van will probably roll back into my car, and it's not their problem. Pointed out the home delivery area was nearly empty, they didn't care. Good customer service there, less every little helps, more very little help
