  I started using Tesco pharmacy at the swan centre in Yardley a year ago and never ever reiceved all the medication at once always something is out of stock. you would not expect this from a major store. i gave my prescriptions in last December 2017 and till today 5th March 2018 i still have not reiceved my medication. I have used 3 other local independent pharmacys and have had no trouble. every time I go down to Tesco pharmacy there excuse is o sorry it's out of stock it's a manufacturer's problem and so on. Tesco pharmacy is a waste of time and time wasters and there staff big time liers and rude once you start challenging them they start to become very rude and are not interested in help or supporting you full stop. PLEASE DO NOT USE TESCO PHARMACY.. GO TO A LOCAL INDEPENDENT PHARMACY WHO CARES AND RESPECTS YOU. ESPECIALLY THE ASAIN GIRL PHARMACIST THAT WAS WORKING ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON 4th March 2018 SHE'S A NASTY PIECE OF WORK. IT'S A DISGRACE TO THE TESCO BRAND AND NAME. AVOID AT ALL COST TESCO RUBBISH RUDE A BUNCH OF LIERS

  Absolute disgrace!!! l am on crutches and needed assistance to get around very large stores at Tesco on Washwood Heath Road and the Swan Yardley. Neither store had motorised scooters, in fact the Washwood Heath Store had 2 motorised scooters but they had not been charged. ln a society where there are lots of people with disabilities it is not acceptable. What about elderly people? Asda's large store have motorised scooters and not just 2! of them. TESCOS IS DISGRACEFUL AND SHOULD CLOSE THESE STORES IF THEY CANNOT ACCOMMODATE PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN

  Great shopping experience. Huges store offers plenty of variety, availability and selection of both groceries and other non grocery items. Ground floor is grocery items bakery + pharmacy. The 1st floor is non grocery items such as clothing, electronics, household items. Staff are helpful, store is rarely too busy, with a combination of checkout staff, self service and self scan facilities for hassle free shopping. 24 hour shopping (except Sat + Sun) makes a very convenient store to shop at. Parking is generally never a problem, the bonus is there is a Tesco Petrol station on the site opposite. My only slight criticism is you need a coin or token for the trollies.

  Okay. Quieter than asda down the road. Sometimes don't have everything in stock. Check stock before you buy - have bought stuff that is already going off whilst on the shelf.
