  Dreadful store I really hate going to this store unless I have no other choice. One of the worst customer service you can imagine. Staff are very rude, unprofessional and useless. They think they are doing customers a favour by serving them. You will be treated differently and discriminated against because of your race/ethnicity. Sometimes their behaviour can affect you emotionally and can have a long term impact on you so please avoid going to this store if you can.

  Security staff seem to think they are border patrol intimidating and blocking entrance and exit to the store. No manners or comprehension that customers pay their wages. Does this store have a manager that leaves his/her office? This is the worst Tescos I have ever been in. LIDL and Aldi come on down if this is all Tesco have to offer.

  The normal great value and high quality food and other products we expect from all Tesco shops, complimented with extremely friendly very helpful staff. If only the local authorities could keep the beggars away from the front of the store, Tesco have no control over this illegal inconvenience which contravenes local bylaws. People feel pressured whilst using the three cashpoints and when entering and vacating the store. The rear doors are now semi permanently closed so that this situation can't be easily avoided. Please don't hesitate to avoid this store and the excellent service, the problem is outside and pressure should be placed on the police , street wardens and Peterborough City council.

  Dreadful store. Most of shelves are empty. Very messy, leaving boxes everywhere. Not much variety. Seems to aim at foods for other countries. Urgent need to bring this store up to a reasonable standard.
