  Nice staff, convenient, but higher prices than larger stores for same products. Best to go to bigger stores if you don't want to pay morel.

  It's probably the best supermarket in the town's centre, mid-sized, reasonably stocked (well, as long as they do not run of stock which happens quite often unfortunately), ok prices. It can get very busy (especially in the afternoons and evenings, so if you want to avoid queues go in the morning for proper grocery shopping), and as already mentioned it's as well a shame they do not control their stock properly and run of it way too often. Plus, the basement level is only accessible via stairs - it's been months and months the lift's been out of order and I doubt it will ever get repaired - shoppers with children in pushchairs, wheelchair users etc do not need to buy baby, household, health, beauty or pets (and several other) products according to the manager, I suppose. I assume since they always will have clients being this the only bigger supermarket in the very centre they do not have to care much about anything.

  Way too busy, only good for getting one or two things, otherwise it's always full of people to a point where you can't hear your own thoughts.

  Always queues and often running out of stock. Visited again and fridges empty of drinks and sandwiches. If the fastest sellings run out please stock more on the shelves.
