  A nice size supermarket with a wide range of products. Staff are usually friendly and give good customer service with a smile. However, some of the ‘better looking’ girls can come across a bit arrogant. I think they feel they should be working for a modelling company but they’ve underachieved with their career. Another issue I have with the Hove store is there isn’t always enough stock. Sometimes they will go without for two or three days. This is unacceptable if this is your usual place for shopping. Overall pretty good, tidy and clean.

  I have been here twice. Really love the Costa upstairs. This is a clean and friendly shop. I plan to be back whenever in Brighton.

  The store is OK and staff try their best. As for the car park, it was a good idea to do the two hour only. The machines for this is a problem, I have been fined FOUR times which I think is very mean of this company. The reason for the fine was the machines, its irritating to keep doing this and for a lot of people, the ticket won't scan , then you can't see the number properly, and I have been shopping there since it first opened!

  A massive thank you to Kerry Brown today who was a very helpful, she went through the process of dealing with a situation we had with a product. Kerry was very professional and remained so throughout. A massive recommendation to yourself Kerry.   This Tesco is nice and big, with loads of variety and niche foods. It can get really busy on weekends. As far as supermarkets go it's great. Staff are friendly. It's always clean. Not sure if there is a customer loo though? Would be good if there was as it's a big store. Little Costa upstairs as well.
