  Staff are polite and friendly, car park is the worst in UK, no cash machines working there for 3 months. Likes to rip off soldiers - most expensive fuel normally 5p -10p dearer than Darlington or surrounding areas. As they know most soldiers need fuel to get home at weekends. Lights around zebra crossings havent worked for months only a matter of time before somebody gets knocked over 😫

  I am currently sat in The cafe....although it is busy it is utter chaos!! We waited for 20 mins for a panini for the manager to come over and say they had lost the chit so refunded the money and offered a free round of drinks when I went to talk to her she walked off...customer services nil she definately needs some training in how to.deal with people!! I won t be Back!!! I had to give it one star as there wasn't an option to give it none!!! Food was awful staff awful cafe dirty!!

  The store is well laid out, and clean. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The car park is its only let down.

  This is a good, large Tesco store. It's bright and well laid out with a great range of goods. The Cafe, H and I thought, was a wee bit expensive but, throughout the store, the staff was helpful and friendly. There was always plenty of staff on the checkouts in this bustling store.
