  This is my regular tgi's been here plenty of times and always enjoyed it. However recently there seems to be an issue with portion sizes getting smaller and smaller for no reason what so ever. Today we ordered the sizzling chicken (even though its not on the menu if you ask with a smile on your face and say pleeeeassseee you can still get it) and the difference between the 2 dishes was insane, the fact that the kitchen even thought it was acceptable is shocking. Had to ask for extra cheese as there was hardly any on the plate. Staff are still friendly as always but portion sizes are definitely getting smaller.

  Great food and good service. It was my wife's birthday and the staff brought her a slice of cake and sang her happy birthday. Please go there for that American diner experience.

  Lovely food. Good service. Unfortunately have deleted some of my favourite food. Pity wish they could return to original menu..

  Food menu was extensive and the food was lovely. Service was quick and our server Paris was so good with the children in our group (we were the nightmare group of 10 people from 2yo - 70yo) the only reason for the 4/5 stars was the bathroom - running gauntlet to get to the bathroom on the other side of the restaurant. There was no straight way there and having to squeeze around tables was a bit of a pain.

  They say "first impression matters most" or "first impression last the longest". I have been able to go to TGI Fridays just once and I would rate on my 'OK' list of places to go. Nothing really special or spectacular. However people's preferences differ greatly, so you might find it a lot more fun. Be sure to go with friends though as nothing can really be very interesting if you are alone. #winks! The location on Hagley road is good one as it's pretty easy to find parking spaces, and it's away from the night life of Broad Street. There are several Hotels and B&Bs in the vicinity also which might come in handy to those 'very very very late nighters'!!!
