  All the staff a very helpful. The Doctor has helped me and the Nurse has been very good in explaining how to deal with my condition. Tips on diet and also very ready to listen too.

  I have been trying to sign in for this practice as I live just around the corner but the way the staff have treated me there it's appauling. I was told that a tenancy agreement would be accepted as proof of address as I have just moved in and all the bills are included so none on my name. I went there with all the papers filled in and everything that they asked and was made to feel like I am trying to do some fraud. The lady that seemed to be in charge was so abrupt and rude to me all because the tenancy agreement was signed 2 months and 2 days ago and was considered too old!? I live around the corner and I am entitled to medical care at my nearest gp. I am ill and just trying to sign up to gp and I was made to feel like I was in a police station and turned away, and as I was leaving almost in tears she shouted after me that there are no appointments available for this week anyway. No matter whether there was anythung wrong with my papers or not, which there wasn't, the manner in which I was spoke to was so appauling, no simpathy whatsoever. I was so embarassed, she was so loud and kept trying to get rid of me. All the waiting patients were staring. This is so disgusting from a place where you would expect to get care and understanding!
