I booked this hotel at the start of February 2018 for myself and 2 friends for the 2nd of march for one night, about 3 weeks ago the hotel informed us that they had to cancel our room and many other rooms for maintaince however have failed to refund us our money straight away and told us we had to wait until every quest had rang up to cancel their booking with them! Now 3 weeks later, STILL NO REFUND, I have rang everyday to get our money back and nothing has been done, all I keep getting told is that "head office is issuing all refunds as soon as they can" I have now had to book another hotel for the same price which needs paid on Friday with money I don't have due to this hotel putting my refund back as far as they can, totally unxceptable, none of them will give me a number to contact head office and I have emailed head office on a number of occasions asking them to ring me and still no answer! Not a great service at all and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! THE BALTIMORE HOTEL MIDDLESBROUGH

This the dirtiest hotel ive ever stayed at , room hadnt been cleaned when we arrived , pubic hairs lay in the bath and there was mould everywhere including the shower curtain . The dust all over the place was thick , i asked for the room to be cleaned ... a female receptionist and a male called Farooq told me it would be ....but over the 2 days we were there it never was . Breakfast was terrible , the bacon was raw , no fried eggs , the chef was smoking a vapour whilst cooking , and the assistant was rushing people making them feel uncomfortable . Dont stay at this pitt of a hotel unless your desperate ...it really is the worst hotel ive ever stayed at and i am 59 .

Rooms are like staying in a caravan . The staff were very polite but the rooms were very cold and very small .
