  Facilities are really clean and well maintained, parking it ample however if it is full you can park in the Morrisons just round the corner. Gym has enough equipment however it can get really busy during peak times as this is the only premier gym/fitness club in Carlisle. Pool is a little on the small size which lets it down. If membership wasnt so expensive I'd probably come here.

  Worse spa experience I’ve ever had. Terrible food and not a relaxing pool, more of a leisure centre than a spa. Zero customer service, I would not recommend.

  This was our first time we had been to Bannatyne Spa,we were made welcome from the moment we arrived.Frendly staff,a great day , very relaxing.Easy do find.Would go there again.

  Nice relaxed atmosphere. Clean, friendly staff. Small but well presented. Quiet room with water beds to relax on. Small gym area. Small pool with sauna's steam rooms and Jacuzzis. Big clean changing area. 4 stars as 5 would be saved for somewhere like seaham hall.
