  Never told me until it was too late that if I had done my diabetic injection beforehand I couldnt have my massage I had prepooked and paid for 2 months previous as was concerned for my health but they was quite happy to give me cake and chocolate for my lunch which was included in the package, place was very boring not much to do other than swim not enough space for people to lay and relax, will not be returning! :-(

  Very helpful staff, had a relaxing time at the spa due to the great facilities (Pool, coffee shop, gym and relaxation room) Me and my partner also had 2 massage treatments each. Both were very good and they made us feel very relaxed in a calm environment. Also the relaxation room is very nice, haven't seen something like that before with calm music and beds to relax in.

  Had a really great time with my mum and it was within a good deal. The facilities and treatments were great. The only problem was that the main reception had not told the kitchen about our booked afternoon tea which was part of the deal (booked one week before). The lady from the kitchen was very quick preparing our stuff though. Also at the end, the receptionist received our bags and got robes and towels back except from the lock and keys and now I'm having to get out of my way to give it back! A part from these flaws everything was perfect and we had a really great time. I'm definitely coming back.

  Had a great full body massage. All staff all wonderful. Always offers on their website and you can book on line, ring or call in. Gift vouchers are available.

  Went to have a massage there while my mom was baby-sitting our 4 month old baby so we were really looking forward to this. Hubby had made the booking over the phone and had indicated that I was breastfeeding. There was a special offer as this was on a week day, so price was £71 for us two, for two 1h massages. The masseuses were not aware that I was breastfeeding until in the treatment room (after I had filled in the form), and I was told I could not have the lava shell massage, and asked to decide immediately what else I wanted. I had to insist I explained we had not been told this was not possible over the phone, and that I still wanted this type of massage but without essential oils. No apology whatsoever on their side. After the massage I had to sign a discharge. My husband asked for a full body aromatherapy massage and was not given any choice as to which oils he preferred. When asking his masseuse what oils it contained, she replied robotically that it was Bannatyne 's oil, and when I asked what oils it contained she was embarrassed as she did not know. Not serious....
