  Person who served us had no real customer service no smile. Felt like they didn't want to be there. Considering they were selling a product i had to ask all the questions they didn't volunteer any information. Not sure if i would visit this store again

  I have no words.Because, the chest of draws that i purchased was faulty, and when i spoke to the Manager at your Perry Barr branch, he was very condescending because I am a woman trying to assemble this piece of furniture by myself. Very rude. And talked to me like i was thick. The two side panels were faulty, and nobody rushed round to replace them. The drawers didnt fit, and for £150.00 i found your customer service as bad as your furniture. Disgusting!! Miss. Yvonne Leonard.

  Always wary of ordering online from a company I haven’t heard of, but with good reviews went along with it. I got good efficient service with a good quality product delivered at the time stated. Highly recommended

  JUST HAD DELIVERY OF NEW MATTRESS . .ESTIMATED DELIVERY WAS 2-3 WEEKS. TOOK A BIT LONGER BUT NO PROBLEMS. LADS TOOK OLD MATTRESS AWAY AND OLD HEADBOARD AND TOOK IT UPSTAIRS. EXCELLENT JUST WAITING FOR RECEIPT IN POST AS I'VE LOST IT...AND STILL WAITING FOR THE RECEIPT 7 WEEKS NOW
