  This is the venue for a fab night out .... especially if you are the organiser of your work party. Great range of drinks. Helpful and friendly staff. Feels like what a propped pub should feel like. Private hire room with own toilet facilities. Direct contact with Bristol's best landlady.

  It was very quiet when we visited on a weekend evening. We ordered a cheese platter with three different cheeses and one meat. There were a few things out of stock and the cheese slices were really big would have been better to have smaller ones with more selection. Staff were very friendly just wish we haven't been the only people in there!

  Hired their function room (upstairs) for a party. Could not have been better. Guests loved the venue, comfy sofas, great atmosphere, good selection of booze, very convenient location. Used their projector, massive screen and speakers to show a TV program, worked perfectly. Everything was set up for us without needing to ask. Lovely people, brilliant bar, delighted I found them, would very much recommend and use again.
