  Very good pub with well kept beer. If you like your real ales then definitely worth a visit. Food looked good but didn't try

  Love this pub and staff!! In from USA. The Night I stopped in the best band playing. " The Blue Bishops" , now Simon(gtr) is a friend. Lots of people there that knew of, friends of British rock history. A must stop in St. Albans.

  Excellent cozy pub with friendly staff. It features live music on Sunday evenings: recently saw brilliant Iain Hornal and his band with guest performers.

  Love the atmosphere in this place and the bar staff are friendly. A good selection of beer and wines too.
