  Awful, slow service even though the pub was fairly empty. My meal did not include items specified on the menu, and the roast potatoes looked and tasted like boiled potatoes that had been fried on the outside for all of two minutes. The salt was loose in a finger bowl - when we asked for a grinder or shaker as we didn’t fancy salt where you the dirt from people’s fingers was VISIBLE, we were brought another finger bowl! Won’t be returning as we have had a much better experience in the Old Boot just down the road every time previously!

  Whilst out rambling, popped into the Bull for some bar food. Great rustic pub with well kept beer. Food great as well.
