  Had LVT fitted in our kitchen. Honey oak herringbone in our hall and rocky elite carpet on our stairs and landing. Shop staff are very friendly and helpful. The flooring we had are all of great quality and the fitters have done an excellent job. Reasonably priced for the quality you get. Couldnt be happier with the results and will definitely use in the future.

  Me and my hubby had carpets fitted on our stairs and landing. We were recommended by a friend. Service was great from start to finish. Really good price, carpets look fab, lovely staff and lovely fitters. Going back soon for my living room...thanks again

  They measured my vinyls flooring wrong and they also measured my carpets wrong. My husband checked their figures and they had to give us money back in both cases. When they fitted the lounge carpet it was faulty also the wrong door strips fitted. They came to look quickly enough and refitted it in a matter of days . They then offered me a rug of my choice for all the inconvenience they caused us but none we were offered were suitable or the right size. When we spoke to there customer service woman she put the phone down on me not good business practice,we have been very polite not got angry which we were entitled to be but I definitely would not recommend this firm.

  Superb service coupled with a quality product. Searched for the new 'Harvey Maria' range of flooring for our hallway and found that Regent Carpets stocked and fitted it. Went into the showroom where the staff went out of their way to show the product but to also give advice on selection based on the size of our hall. Swift delivery and fitting with great care. Would certainly recommend the company and product. Many thanks.
