  Came here 21/2/18 for my dad's funeral reception and although I was unsure of what to expect I was very impressed. Great room and lovely refreshments. The young lad helping was a real Gem and genuinely helpful without being intrusive. Plenty of food, tea and coffee. Would certainly recommend this venue to people considering it.

  Dated hotel, didn't see any rooms but reception area and restaurant could do with modernization. Buffet style food was ok. Staff were attentive.

  Never am I disappointed when ordering here. I have yet to experience the delight of dining in their restaurant. The food, spectular. Every mouthful is delicious. And the service, second to none. Professional standards whilst still maintaining a familiar rapor.

  Attended this venue for a wake/celebration as its just a cross the road from Loughborough Crematorium and its a perfect location. Staff are friendly and the hotel is beautiful inside. Food was also very nice. Will definitely think in future about booking to stay in this hotel for pleasure or business.
