  Absolutely dreadful. Popped into branch to switch accounts. Was told immediately that "you can do it over the phone." Of course I could do it over the phone but that isn't why I chose to venture into town to do it IN BRANCH. Rude staff that simply couldn't be bothered to help out. No wonder why The Co Op is losing so many customers with behaviour like this. I will no longer be switching accounts and will stick with Halifax who are a lot more helpful.

  Got an e-mail saying suspending my account if I don't contact number on back of card.Can't do this as never had a co-op bank account in my life,so got no card,don't even know where they got my e-mail adress from,uber efficient eh?

  I get really good service from this branch. Staff are quick, efficient and helpful.
