  Hi everybody, just so you how badly Coop treats their customer when they are facing troubles with their products. Here is my story. 5 months ago I broke my veneer teeth biting into a slice of loaf bread from co-op because there was a piece of hard material in it (stone or glass). I was really angry because this teeth was just new and I was supposed to keep it at least 15 years... I declared the accident to Co-op customer services the day it happened and asked Co-op to pay for replacing my dammaged teeth. I sent a lot of messages but they didn't answered. They finally accepted to study my claim 2 months later when I began to post some messages about my story on the social media. After 3 months without any news, they finally told me they would pay "as a kind gesture" 500£ out of the 2000£ this accident cost me. I provided them with all the invoices, and receipts. They didn't ask any question, they didn't try to investigate on what happen. They just said that they don't know how a stone can be found in their product and refused to face any responsibility. They know that going to court to sue them is going to cost me even more money. So I just don't have any option left to make my rights heard. If you know how I can make face their responsabilities, please help me. I just want my money back.

  Large store with a great selection. Much nicer than the co ops run by the Southern Cooperative in the area I live.

  I come here to buy fresh fish and poultry. They always have a good promotional price of 2 types of fish & poultry for £7.

  Today I went to pick up a package from co -op. After I presented my ID and showed the email regarding my order, this woman checked and said that my package isn't there. She told me that the man came to deliver today and that it hasn't arrived. I told her, that it arrived on the 14th of April. I asked her again multiple times to check somewhere else, but she told me, it is not here. But I asked AGAIN would you mind checking and she said it's not here, but she didn't even go anywhere to check, she then started saying that I'm raising my voice. So Instead of her TRYING TO LOOK for my package she more interested in arguing with me and trying to prove her point that my package ain't there. We then ended up in an argument because THIS WOMAN does not know how to talk to clients and customers. She also told me if I was not at work she would take me outside and show me what she will do. That is NOT HOW YOU SPEAK to CUSTOMERS who kindly asked to check again! She was very rude and disrespectful! Then another woman kindly found the package elsewhere.

  Offers great selection and prices. Always busy during lunchtime. Staff are really friendly and helpful
