  I will rate it 0000000 star ...we really had v bad experience at continental hotel On this Sunday ..they continental hotel always place a board outside its venue for Breakfast offer for everyone ...we 20 friends went this Sunday morning for breakfast and the waitress girl treated as so badly ...we all friends are really upset due to her bad attitude ...she was young lazy girl who does not want to work hard to see 20 customers as refused her to offer us breakfast while saying this many times that the breakfast is only for the guest of the hotel .. But it was not true as we went randomly last month as well and the waiter young white guy really treated us so nicely and was v much happy to see 20 customers and really treated us so nicely ..!!! And when after long arguments we convicted get that the breakfast offer is for general public as well then she really served us so badly and half ppl she served and then she refused to serve even it was 10:30 am and breakfast time finishes 11am ...I request the management of Continental hotel to don't employ rude staff pkz and they must employ sime energetic ppl and not lazy ppl who don't want to work hard at their jobs ..

  -£15 pound for parking on site for the night -Stained and broken furnishings throughout (floor tiles, doors broken, tables smashed) -Facilities out of order (jaquizzi) not advised until entering the pool -There was no lifesaving equiptment in the pool (see image) -Waiter advised all the food items on the menu are fresh and was being very argumentative, I asked the waiter to check with the chef who then advised everything on the menu is frozen -Starters arrived cold, sent them back and asked for bread whilst we waited but was abruptly advised that would be an additional charge -Mains were greasy and cold, very poor quality. We advised the waiter of the unsatisfactory food and he shrugged and laughed and no further action was taken -Our table was not cleared and desserts/drinks were not even offered -Asked to speak the manager/shift manager/supervisor and was advised nobody would be on site until 10am the following day -When complaining about the dinner service we were advised “why don’t you just order a takeout away” shocking -We were informed in the morning that the manager had not turned up to work (and did not arrive by the time we left, still waiting for my phone call whilst writing this review) -Breakfast was poor, eggs looked like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours and none of the food appeared to have been refreshed. Bacon and hash browns were rock hard and stale. -We had to ask the waitress for, juice, milk, butter, sauce, cutlery, bread for toasting. The juice was warm and poured straight from the carton. The milk never arrived for the coffee and cereal. Overall, my surprise birthday stay at a 4 star spa hotel was abysmal.

  Cannot fault this hotel. Group of 30 of us visiting twickenham for the rugby. Half of us booked in here and the other half double booked in another hotel . Staff at the Intercontinental managed to fit us all in with zero fuss. All the staff were superb . Food here is excellent , both breakfast and lunch. Special mention to Naomi our hostess for the day. 1st class customer service and would highly recommend her if you are looking for someone to organise an event . Rooms were clean and spacious . The night porter couldn’t be more accommodating ( even if he is a Man City fan ha ) Bravo to all involved . Will be back again

  Perfect place to stay. Comfortable, neat and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Fantastic atmosphere. High Street, bus station, underground tube station, mosque, everything just 2-minute walk away.

  Me and my partner stayed on New Years Eve. Very impressive and modern hotel. Staff were very polite. Situated in the centre of town. Perfect location. Highly recommended! We arrived early, the staff at the reception were very kind and let us book in an hour early. We were shown our executive double room and the room service was explained in detail. The room itself was beautiful, by far the best in the Hounslow area I've seen. When we booked we informed them that we will be bringing our Chihuahua and to our joy we found dog bowls and even a bed prepared for him. We used room service and ordered pizza which was delicious! The shower was great and the water temperature easy to control. The bed and pillow menu was out of this world we were very impressed! Located in the centre of town, it's the ideal location for whatever you want, it's just out of the way of the pubs and clubs to be quiet but close enough for a short walk there or into town. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be staying again shortly. Thanks for reading.
