  Excellent large double room - brilliant value for money _ evening meal great - service good - very small bar area that could do with being bigger but overall very good value for money will return if in leeds again

  Stayed here through work, absolutely fantastic food and service..rooms are tidy and plenty of parking with cctv. Would go back again definitely.

  Had to find a cheep hotel in Leeds due to the delays off trains. Very friendly and super comfortable nights sleep. The breakfast was suburb In the morning and it was included in the price. If I ever get stranded in leeds again I'll be checking into this understarred hotel again! Top marks!

  A clean, well run & inexpensive hotel. I've paid much more for less. Our evening meal portions were very generous & excellent value for the money. Breakfast was extensive in variety & the staff were attentive & polite.

  Positive bits. Large rooms, well furnished. Restaurant good 2 out of 3 nights. Pesto pasta swimming in olive oil not good but haddock and chips next night made up for it. Best fish I've had in ages. Negative, shower curtain that tries to wrap round you rather than a shower screen. Got a good night's sleep. Will stay again so recommended.
