  Went for drinks at the bar. It had an ok beer selection, nothing special but then there are two pubs across the road if you're looking for more diverse choice. The atmosphere was good and it was well separated from the restaurant. Staff seemed friendly too. Note there's a £5 minimum for card payment, bit of a pain if you're just having 1 drink, so worth knowing in advance.

  Lovely warm welcome, and a nice sized clean bedroom and bathroom. Bed was a good size and comfortable. Food is brilliant and decently priced. Only criticism is that the door is not as soundproof as it could be. Meaning you can hear conversations in the hallways as much as others must have had to put up with my snoring. Overall would and will be staying again.

  Quaint country style rooms with a lovely little garden out the back. Food is good too. Bar needs updating a bit though. All in all a very nice place to stay while on business.
