  Great place. Check in was easy, room was excellent , big comfy bed. Had a great time in the bar and breakfast was spot on. Staff were all helpful and friendly. On the way home i realised I'd left a shirt in the wardrobe. Made a call and they posted it, no problem . Would definitely stay again.

  Good environment and atmosphere for relaxing with work colleagues and friends. Also the food is good for a quick snack.

  Very nice, comfortable rooms in a beautiful little hotel convenient to Chertsey. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer a very good breakfast cooked to order.

  Some of the barstaff are rude and cannot backup their own statements. Waiting patiently to be served tonight only to be asked if I had been barred. No I politely responded, only to be instructed that they wanted me to go "outside" in an agreesive and threatening manner. I simply responded they got me muddled up with some one else, he then said he been away on holiday for two weeks so he was not sure what was going on but could now serve me. I politely took my money elsewhere and I definitely will not be back. Disgusting way to treat a decent customer. Further to there response (below), I definitely think there's a genuine misunderstanding here, I was the crown lunchtime the previous day with no problems and left on my own accord after just one pint and reading the paper (daily mail) and they were happy to serve me. I was and have never been not given a proper explanation as why they barred me, and if they done due process they know it.

  Staff made us welcome, gated parking area. Bed and bathroom a good size clean and fresh. Best bit real coffee maker. Easy access. Will definitely stay again
