  I've no complaints so far. The car I purchased has been fine, the service I've received is what I would expect from a main dealer, the downside is that the prices are also what you would expect at a main dealer but I knew who and what they are before going in there, so I can hardly mark them down for that.

  My wife and I would like to record how satisfied and impressed we have been by your staff, Wayne Cunnington and Sami Richards at your Donalds Garage in Stamford. Last year my wife’s Rover 75, registration AY 52 PZX, suffered severe storm damage when a roofing ridge tile was blown onto the windscreen and bonnet of her car. The car was still driveable but the bonnet was badly dented. I have been buying my cars from Sycamore (now Donalds) Garage in Stamford for thirty years and in March this year, Mr Cunnington and Ms Richards suggested that if we could get a new bonnet for the Rover, they would fit it. We quickly obtained a second-hand bonnet from a breaker but it was the wrong colour. Nevertheless Mr Cunnington nd Ms Richards arranged for it to be delivered to a respray specialist where it was painted black to match the Rover. They then arranged for the Rover to be taken to the respray yard where the ‘new’ bonnet was duly fitted. A very happy wife and I took delivery of the repainted bonnet/repaired car yesterday, 22 May and it looks as good as new. Mr Cunnignham and Ms Richards had no obligation to take on this repair of a Rover car, which caused them some considerable effort. They acted above and beyond their obligations and duties and made my wife a very happy lady. They are both a credit to your organisation. Mr S.R.Bonde, Stamford

  All friendly until you actually get the car. Then they say they can't give me a locking nut that was supposed to of been supplied with the car and I need to pay to get all the wheels removed and for a new locking nut. As soon as my mom walks in they say they'll pay for it, without even speaking to her, they just get scared. Good job on appreciating your customers.
